Our Aquanatal classes are perfect for all women wanting to exercise safely under the guidance & care of a Physiotherapist.

  • Held at Lake Cathie Physio & Hydro (1459 Ocean Drive, Lake Cathie)

  • 4.30pm Wednesdays

  • Run by Physiotherapist

  • Clearance Form to be completed by GP prior to attending.

  • $30 per class
