First starting out in private practice Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, I soon found my passion when I fell pregnant with my first daughter. I realised how little information and advice is provided to women during this important part of their life and beyond. Unfortunately there is very little follow up care provided to women postnatally, and this is what I've set up to change. My goal is to educate and empower as many women as possible to pursue good pelvic health, setting themselves up for the future.
